• After we spent weeks looking for a vehicle we contacted Jason with Worfe. He is an extremely pleasant person. When we got there he was busy with another customer so he handed us off to one of his co-workers which was a very nice person as well. We had a pleasant experience until we had to deal with Clayton. They ran a carfax on our vehicle and the carfax had erroneous information on it. This was not Worfe's fault but the fault of our insurance company putting out incorrect information. We were told it was an automatic $5000 hit on our trade-in value. Clayton was pretty shifty on his numbers and when we were going to walk out on the deal he turned it over to Mikey who was much better to deal with and we were able to finish working out the problem. We have since contacted our insurance about the erroneous information and provided documentation to prove the error and when our insurance man contacted Clayton he was told that they had to give a $2000 hit on the trade-in value. So he was neither upfront with us or our insurance man. I really enjoyed dealing with the salesmen at Worfe and if I ever had to go back it would be because of them (Jason & Mitch). They seemed to be honest and personable and even now Jason has contacted us with other problems we encountered after the sale and he is very professional. I will never deal with Clayton again.
