• If I could give Fred & Ken 10 stars I would! They say the DJ makes the party... Then VIP are the masters and deserve a bow - they rocked the house! The guys provided music for both the cocktail hour & the reception. During the cocktail hour VIP had my guests chair dancing and bouncing around at the cocktail tables. I knew we picked good music but I never expected that - how fun! Now for the reception - OMG, the music was so fantastic that our guests were on the dance floor before it was officially time to dance. We had managers from our venue, that had nothing to do with our wedding, crashing our party. We had guests from another wedding taking place crash our party. It was insane how great the music was. The funny thing is we were an older crowd and I can honestly say everyone was on the dance floor. There were no lags between songs. Each song was perfectly mixed into the next. Between our requests and VIP's choices it took us through the best dance songs from the 60's through Today. We had several specialty songs requested and Fred was able to find them without delay or hassle. Fred & Ken were the perfect DJ's - they MC'd the night exactly on schedule and with none of that hookey DJ babble. It seemed effortless and as if they've known me, my husband & our guests for a lifetime. VIP also provided uplighting and dance floor lighting. The uplighting around the perimeter of the room was an exact match to our wedding colors and provided the ambience we wanted for the formal sit down dinner. And when it was time to get the party started... Those lights added the perfect touch to the dance floor lights that were spinning and bouncing to the music. The lighting package gave our party that night club feel we were looking for. It was AMAZING! I truly could go on for another 10 pages, VIP DJ made our wedding a PARTY and exceeded our expectations!
