• I work for a company in Lester, PA and we ordered lunch form Vera's which we do often. My food didn't come with the order. We already had waited an hour for our food. My food had to be made and re-delivered. My food came an hour later and I was charged a delivery fee and an out of area fee. They already received these fees with the first order. I called to speak to the manage/ownerr about this. She said prices have risen. I informed her my order was mesed up and she started to yell at me. I yelled at her and kept telling her my order was messed up. I wasn't looking for free food. I wanted an apolgy and for her to acknowledge that charging me those two fees were wrong considering they made the mistake to begin with. The witch kept yelling. I told the witch we weren't ordereing from there anymore. The wicked witch said 'Do what you have to do'. Very ignorant, unprofessional and the food really isn't worth waiting 2 hours for. Go elsewhere. It isn't worth it. I hope they close. Review generated 0 Boos & 0 Rahs
