• Customer service is nice enough, as long as you're under a size 6. The employee that assisted me was rather rude about my weight and insisted that I was wrong about a size I'd just been measured for. Nevertheless, the dress selection is rather thin. Suzy Q's is definitely the place to go if you are looking for something trendy and small--otherwise, consider visiting somewhere else.

• I have had an unpleasant experience with this dress shop. Would I use them again? No. When I bought my wedding dress I was pushed aside for prom girls. When we were picking out the bridesmaid dresses we were once again pushed aside for another wedding party and more prom girls. I've never gotten single one on one attention, even when we're the only clients in the building. When I've called and asked for a date that the dresses should arrive it was "Let me check and I'll call you back." This was 3 weeks ago and I never got a call back. Whenever I had a question, whether it is in the store or over the phone, they always make me feel like I am an imposition and that I am bothering them. This is my only wedding, and I am sorry if I want everything perfect.
