• Do not do business with this place. They are an authorized Lowrance (my head unit) and KVH (electronic auto-compass) dealer/repair shop. My radar overlay feature would not work on my map. They completely misdiagnosed the problem after charging me 1.5hours labor at $140. I replaced my auto-compass per their instruction and had the same problem. Put back in the old compass and called Lowrance tech support, which walked me thru 3 simple settings, took less than 10 minutes walking me through it over the phone! Now suncoast marine electronics is brushing me off, not refunding my $, while only offering me a partial credit to do future business with them - NO WAY, HORRIBLE EXPIERENCE. I have had to register complaints with Lowrance and KVH as well as dispute the charge with my credit company. I've owned a variety of boats over the last 30 some years and never had a worse experience with any boat shop, mechanic, etc...
