• Zero stars, if possible! I reserved a U-Haul truck a full month in advance and, just a few days before I was to pick up my truck, Dom called me and told me he didn't have the truck available anymore. What?! Isn't that what my credit card reservation was for?! Dom pretty much didn't care AT ALL. He told me that he was rejecting the reservation and kicking it back to U-Haul so it would be their problem (basically, my problem). These guys stink. ZERO customer service, zero help, zero compassion, zero stars. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!
