• OMG, what a disgusting experience I had with this place. I work in the city and live in Westchester, so I am very familiar with so called NASTY Chinese restaurants and expect more from a location near my home. We found an insect in our food!!! My husband was picking out the vegetables from his food as usual then asked me "what's this?" as he held a fork with a 1/2 inch insect lodged in it! I'm not sure what kind it was because it had been "cooked" - so gross!!! I cringe just typing this review... when I called to let them know ACTH actually said this had it happened before and he would send me a new dish BUT I had to send my order back - he actually said this(!) and not 'we are so sorry this happened' or 'I'll send you a refund'. I had to ask the owner to repeat himself because I couldn't believe what he said, and he repeated it and hung up after I expressed my anger, disgust and disbelief. We eat out all the time and this is the first time I have been so outraged that I felt I HAD to write this and let my neighbors know! I can let a lot slide, but this goes way beyond a review on taste or service! Zero stars!!!
