• A very disappointing experience. No customer service or satisfaction provided by lady owner. Returned a hairpiece that did not match that she sold to me the day before but owner would not give refund. Sales person said she had done it for other people but she would not do it for me. I would not give them a chance to take my money again. Some of the sales people are hard to communicate with and that makes it hard to get proper service. This place is a definate NO GO.
