• GROSSLY INCOMPETENT. My parent has a safety deposit box at the Rt. 130 Florence NJ branch. Due to the demetia of my parent, I became legal guardian. This gives me the right to handle her business, including what's in her box. The bank refuses to give me access to the box because they don't know what they are doing. Despite numerous calls to lawyers and instructions from the lawyers to go to the box to retrieve some of it's contents, the bank REFUSES to let me in. They say I am not entitled to access it. They are OVERREACHING, OVERSTEPPING, and GROSSLY EXCEEDING THEIR AUTHORITY. They don't know what they are doing, and have decided not to give me anything because they can't figure out what they are allowed to do. They are not trained or educated to handle such transactions. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN A SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX AT THIS BANK AS YOUR FAMILY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IT OUT WHEN YOU NEED THEM TO. IF YOU HAVE A SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX AT THAT BANK, MOVE IT TO ANOTHER BANK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, BEFORE YOU BECOME DISABLED OR DIE, WHERE THEY KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THIS KIND OF MATTERS WHEN YOUR FAMILY HAS TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR BUSINESS.
