• Was very surprised to see negative comments posted about service charge. We have used Roger's RV repair several times.always quality professional service and good advise.infact calling them now to get ready for a summer trip.

• In response to Wayne and Gail there was no opportunist applied you were informed of minimum charges for mobile service in advance and as u said 3-4 days without water was ur option.I feel your review is very inappropriate uncalled for.Now had I sold u a part u didn't need a new forcet and took an hr to change it you would of been happy. That's not how we do business.Because of 36 years experience in the R.V. repair industry I am able to repair things when necessary.

• Roger came to the campground on a Sat. morning to fix our hot water tap. He had told us on the phone what the minimum fee would be ($125.00)even if it took less than an hour. It took him 4 minutes. We consider him an opportunist and certainly not a good example of how tourists are treated in W.V. Everyone else was great and very pleasant but our impression of W.V. is tainted by one person taking advantage. The tap was fixed without a need for additional parts. He was pleasant however, during a visit which took 5 minutes. Had he not repaired it, we would have had no water for at least 3 or 4 days - so a great opportunity to take advantage of someone in need(in our view). We would give a less than 1 star rating if it was possible!

• Great person to deal with. He even called a few days later to make sure everything was OK. And it was! If he fixes it, it stays fixed
