• Worst experience ever! Ritzy Kids has acknowledged that I am owed at least $293.03 for goods that I have consigned with them. Last summer I moved to VA and promptly provided my address for them to mail my check. Its been a year, no check yet. Staff is powerless to help, keep saying they will address my lack of receiving a payment with the owner, Linda Miller. She has never returned a call, and of course has not sent my check. I have been calling Ritzy Kids every month for the past year. In recent months I have called numerous times. In the last 2 weeks I called almost everyday. Last week I was told check was mailed, which I have been told in the past. I have not received check. Each time I call, the staff says they will address it with the owner and call me back. No one has ever returned my phone call or sent me the money I am owed. They owe me at least $293.03. If you consign with Ritzy Kids, you better pick up your cash in person, or you will not get it.
