• DO NOT GO to the PV Bicycle Shop. Let me first say that I have never before felt the need to write an online review of anything, good or bad. My experience here was so bad, however, that this was the least I could do. I brought my bike there with a flat tire- the simplest problem I could have. Two days after getting it back, though, the tire came completely off the wheel- obviously they had done something wrong. I decided to trust them again, and brought the bike back. I asked them to fix the wheel and give the bike an overall tune up (I had to pay for the wheel again). A few days after getting it back the second time, the same thing happened - the tire came completely off the wheel. I don't know if they put the wrong size tubing in or what, but they were unable to fix my simple tire problem after 2 tries and a tune up of the entire bike. Not only are they incompetent, they were RUDE to me every time I went in. Please, please do not take your bike here. I only wish there was more I could do than write a bad review online. Note: I am only giving it one star because I am unable to give it zero stars.
