• These people are not professional. They are not local as they claim, they are based in Kennesaw, GA. There is a rinky dink office in an accountants office that is not a part of Payroll Professionals. The office is staffed part time by various personnel. Management is not supportive of the office in Chattanooga. I would go with ADP or Paychex. Not a good experience with Payroll Professionals. You can tell staff is very overworked and spread very thin. Lots of promises, I don't blame the staff, I do blame the management for the issues with this office. They have a couple of sale personnel that seem to "drop in" occasionally. Seems you have to hound them to get things done. Lots of errors in setups. Information is not taken correctly at the time of set up of account. Go with a true professional...ADP or Paychex.
