• They don't always do the work they say they've done! I took my car there for an oil change and three weeks later the check engine light came on. When I took it to the dealer they said there was very little oil in the car. I had the dealer do an oil change and checked it a month later to make sure there isn?t a leak. There isn?t, the car is fine so I?m convinced NTB never did the oil change. When I went back to NTB they kindly gave me a refund with no trouble, but offered no explanation or apology. When it comes to cars I have to be able to trust the mechanic and the Greentree Rd NTB has proven to be untrustworthy. I obviously will not return.
