• Bought brand new truck and has been making a strange noise from the date of delivery. Took the truck in to have it checked out after 1500 miles and was billed for $134 labor and the $.63 part that was used during the diagnosis of what was determined would just "wear in" over time (in otherwords I will have to deal with it after it is out of warranty). So I had the ditinct opportunity to speak to Gloria "The Hammer". She was quite a peach and now after she told me that she is the manager of operations, I then understood why this business is the way it is. One star seems to be entirely too much, but I am forced to give at least one star in order to even make a review. I will be looking elsewhere for people that want and will appreciate my business when considering the purchase of my next truck.
