• My wife just bought 2 electronic fantasia hookahs from here, got home and one worked and one didn?t, called up there about 5 minutes after we left, guy was rude and said sorry nothing we can do. Great customer service and he hung up on me. We will never be back we will go to Russell?s vape lounge from now on, right down the road, along with my other 8 friends that shop there also. The guy even bragged about his prices, but when you sell broken junk then it?s double what you normally spend. In this day and age with facebook and reviews how could you not stand behind your products.

• I think the guy that was working Saturday is a JOKE! I had never been in a Smoke Shop in my life . My daughter used the word Bong in a question and was asked -told to leave the store! OMG ! We thought the dude was kidding! So she left and waited for me to make my purchase of a little glass pipe for someone and then I ask a question after my purchase regarding the stuff I hear on the news that is like legalized marijuana that is killing teens and then the dude informed me that if I had referenced that before I made my purchase then he would not of been able to sell me anything and I would be asked to leave the premises! Really??? I think this is ridiculous and if you think people coming in your store are buying what you sell for tobacco your are in Denial big time! What a joke this guy was! Barney Fifth
