• My vehicle was getting loud, and so I decided that I would give Muffler Man on Riverview a chance. When putting my car on the lift, they damaged my vehicle. They made a repair to the vehicles muffler. Well the noise and vibrations were better but still bad, and they continued to worsen each week. Not only was the muffler still loud and growing louder, but now it also started to leak. Muffler Man refused to look at it. I took it to another shop who informed me that the welds done by Muffler Man were done improperly and leak. I was not surprised. I will never be back to this location.

• They charged me for ineffective repairs, refused to look at my vehicle when I returned. I ended up taking my cars to another shop who confirmed that the work done by Muffler Man on Riverview was done inadequately.
