• Horrible customer service! Absolutely dreadful, there is no sense of professionalism at all. Was told when I called initially that he was too busy to speak with me and I'd have to call back later. Called back later and spoke with a different man that insisted on calling me sweetheart, and also said he was not able to take a message, it was obviously too strenuous for him. When I called back again, I was told using email takes much too long and that once again I was not a priority for this agent.
