• My engine was rebuilt and installed by Michigan Motor Exchange and has been a five star mess from the beginning. It is easy to talk, and I am sure that they have many success stories to talk about in the many decades they have been in business. My engine is not one of their success stories and I have never seen a group of people willing to make excuses, pass blame and not take responsibility for inferior work as did Michigan Motor Exchange in my case. After having my engine three times, I was still provided with a defective and unsafe product. I want a full refund but am being held hostage under their warranty offers, which they seem to feel justifies the mess that they provided after having the vehicle three times. I was told on my last visit that nothing was wrong with my engine and they could do no more, when the engine has had cross contamination of oil/coolant from day one. Not a place I would trust to do further work and use their warranty as if it were a get out of jail free card. Their customer satisfaction leaves a lot to be desired and I don't consider them to be as professional as they claim to be. I do not trust them to do further service to a vehicle that should have been a success story if their work was as good as their claims I would not recommend their services. Still waiting for that full refund!
