• Waited for over 10 minutes for 2 coffee's and #2 at 10:15am. Made me late for a meeting. Gentleman taking my order was great. Blond girl who hates her job just horrible. Asked for sweet and low with cream on side. Asked if it was in bag??? She said its in my drinks. Not the way I asked for it. She said "that's not what the slip said".....handed her back the drinks for replacement... Another 2 minutes wait. By the way she just shut the door on me and never thanks. Never again or would I recommend this facility again. I want happy and competent people handling my food. Just feel sorry for her co-workers who have to work with an individual like this. Going across the street to Dunkin Donuts next time. At least say thank you to a customer and maybe this would of possibly made the situation better. No, I think I'll just slam this glass door in the customers face. PS. Really, I was nice to her. Next time, NOT
