• Lexus of Latham. I purchased a 2012 used Jeep from them and had a bad experience. I feel they were very sneaky. The tried to sell me a protection plan, $799 plus some security tracking for $250, I said no. However, it was then added to the financing and I was told it was already on the car so I had to buy it. (There was more too it.....) After, the sale I managed to get a partial refund of $300. I was also told that the Jeep I was purchasing had an owners manual and some all weather floor mats and that I would get all of this when I picked up the Jeep. So far, almost 2 months later, I have gotten nothing!!!! Even, after some calls and emails. Just stay away from that place!!!!!
