• I used to love the company. I have been with the company almost from the day they went into business. Funny how one bad experience can turn you sour. I had been a loyal customer for 19 years and was dropped from the automatic delivery last September. Office clerk claims they did it following my instructions, but have no proof and I did not ask for not authorize such change. Well, needless to say I ran out of oil last Friday night. When I called, they wanted $120 emergency delivery fee and refused to even consider waiving or reducing the fee. Since it was a clerical error on their part and I have never been late with a payment in 19 years, I would have expected them to do one or the other. The clerk I spoke with was beligerent and borderline rude to me. Obviously good loyal customers are no longer a priority with Lampron Energy. I have taken my business elsewhere and incourage you to do the same.
