• Mrs Paige and her staff are very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about prom and pageant wear. They help us find the perfect gown, shoes, accessories, and everything we need for our special event. We would not go anywhere else for our pageant/ prom gowns. Thank you everyone at Joann's for making our events even more special with the perfect gowns! If you are going in prom season though, make an appointment because everybody knows how great they are and it is wild in there.

• The sales staff told me incorrect information, lost my contact information, and confused me with another order for 3 weeks. They told me they would place a special order and to call back in a week. No order was placed and no record was made. They gave me the number to the dress designer but it wasn't the dress designer at all. The staff passed me off to their manager who ridiculed me for "choosing to have big boobs that are hard to fit" (my 34H bust is natural and makes me very self conscious). She told me they weren't profiting from their work with me and I was expecting too much from them. She also criticized me for not driving the 4 hours to the store and electing to have my order mailed to me. She then told me they had "real customers" in the store and she was too busy to deal with me right now. I have seriously never been treated so hatefully by a merchant. I REFUSE to ever have anything to do with them in the future. If you go there expect to be ignored and lied to, have your order lost or incorrect, and be criticized and verbally assaulted. From the other reviews I've read online, my experience isn't uncommon.
