• Stay Away! Imagine Cars sold us a lemon, salesperson told us that their cars are 100% reliable and good. The salesperson misrepresented the cost stating initially that $400 was including in the cost for tags and tax but later we had to dish it out on top of the car price. After one week the car's check engine light came on and we called them. They told us to come in and he told us that we were pressing on the gas to hard and he reset the button for check engine light. After a month the car's transmission went bad and we had to pay an additinal $1,250 to repair it. Prior to fixing the transmission we called Imagine Cars and he told us that we bought the car "As Is" but he would refer us to his mechanic so we can get dealer price. Their mechanic was going to charge us more than our mechanic. We told the salesperson from Imagine Cars about the cost and he told us that, that is the dealer price because the car has more problems than just the transmission and he continued to tell us we bought the car "As Is".
