• If you're looking for service don't look to these guys! They lose your bid requests &, apparently, had no phones or the ability to call ahead. They miss appointments once they are made & suggest you're the one with the problem when you suggest there may be room for improvement. Well, I guess I am, because, after waiting through several weeks of no calls from them & failed appointments after we call, we don't have any new windows & will have to look for another business that actually cares about it's customers enough to keep track of them & pick up a phone. I would have been fine with an explanatory phone call & reschedule...just too much to ask I guess.
