• Broken Broken Broken! I traded in my 2007 Mustang for a 2005 Grand Cherokee that they sold as is. The AC vent was damaged and the AC was broken! The after market DVD player and flip down screen were also broken. The sun roof wouldn't close all the way and taking the car through the wash caused water to pour down the safety handle into the car like a faucet! They fixed the sunroof and the AC vent, you know the easy stuff. Unfortunately for us, we didn't think to test the DVD player or AC before we bought it. We spoke with the salesman Randall about our concerns and he assured us they would fix it. However when we spoke with the Manager, Tyler, we were told "Since you don't have it in writing, we won't cover it, but if you bring it in, we will be happy to fix it at cost." I originally felt good about our decision to deal with their office, but now they have made their stance clear: BUYER BEWARE!
