• This company is HORRIBLE!!!! I never want anything to do with them again. Purchased a car through them via price line for my husband to use during his stay in Orlando. He waited for over 40 minutes outside the airport for a shuttle to pick him up. He finally called the company asking if they were going to send a shuttle and the guy told him that he was supposed to call for one. My husband was obviously frustrated and said, "ok can you send a shuttle??" To which the man HUNG UP ON HIM!!! Husband called him back, asked him what kind of customer service that was and the guy hung up on him again. Third time my husband called, guy said "I don't have to deal with you, Im canceling your car" and hung up again. Are you kidding me??? Who does that?
