• Went in to have my wife's wedding ring saudered back and was told by the new manager it would cost me $100.00. I purchased this ring and over $20,000 of jewelery from this store over the years and all warranty issues were handled including the saudering of the very same ring prior. I gave the new manager two different opportunities to handle what I consider to be a customer courtesy issue and she still wouldn't handle it. I took the ring to another jeweler and had the sauder work done for $50.00. I have our 10 year anniversary coming and have decide to purchase a new ring "most expensive I've ever purchased" at a different jeweler. After 15 years of using Fred Meyer Walker rd I will never step foot in that store again. Customer service is something I don't mind paying for, when you loose that why go back? • All staff = Cindy,Karen,Paul & Inger were fantastic. Personable, helpful and facilitated getting an anniversary gift for my daughter at an excellent price and within the time frame I needed.
