• BEWARE of this company!! My experience with them was unprofessional, incompetent and downright rude. They are the worst at returning phone calls (even the boss, Carissa Lawhun) ... especially, after they've done wrong. Dallas Ciferri, (an absolute nightmare to deal with? hardly EVER returns calls), accepted 6 applications and deposits over a 2 week period, on the same property, allowed 3 of those people to think they were the new tenants for several days, then blamed everybody but herself (including the property owner) for all the mistakes and problems that occurred. It is now 2 weeks since Dallas Ciferri said she would return my deposit (a cashier?s check for $1,300), and still no check... still no return phone calls... still business as usual with FRI. Now I find out I have to wait "90" days before I can file a claim to get my money back on a "lost"?? cashiers check. The nightmare of dealing with this company just keeps getting WORSE! For weeks, I've been waiting for return phone calls from Carissa Lawhun, and to this day, I have "never" talked to her. I now know that she does exist, because she responded to one of my complaints on another website like this one. Nothing helpful, just jibber jabber in an attempt to "try" to defend her company. This girl is far from being a professional in this business, and really needs to do some growing up. I think she skipped the class on "customer service 101". If you're considering doing business with this company, I suggest you proceed with EXTREME caution, DOCUMENT everything, and prepare yourself for a bumpy ride.
