• Benny, the branch manager decided that $35 is more important than customer service. A simple late fee would not be waved (which is a branch decision by the way) and he was just fine letting a customer go for good! I am another business (NC3 Athletics of Wilmington, NC) that values their customers and decided to pay his fee for him to make sure a poor college student does not go further into debt. Clearly Benny feels that broke college students do not deserve a break at all and should be punished for a simple banking error. We feel that education is important and we support our future leader, and by doing so I recommend using any other bank because they would have fixed this imediately for my valued customer.
