• Though my order actually arrived (it took forever for them to finally ship it) and with the correct yarn, the yarn stank to high heaven. I don't know if the shop also sells incense or candles or what, but I had to sit the yarn outside for a while to air out the very strong, musty incense odor. Also, and this is a small thing, when I pulled my yarn out of the bag when it came, there were several long gray hairs just sitting on top. Not a great first impression.

• Charged my account, items didn't ship,credit has not appeared on my charge account. Useless company.

• I received a gift certificate to their online shop for christmas, 2011. I placed a large order, and the staff was entirely useless when asked for assistance matching colours or clarifying which colours were which after discovering their photos on the website were swapped around and mislabelled. When I received my order, I found that 4 skeins were severely sun damaged, with bleached patches throughout their length. I contacted the store to address the issue and was ignored for a week. Finally someone sent a curt reply saying that I should send the yarn back, but with no follow up as to what shipping method they preferred and other questions about ensuring the replacement yarn was the correct colour. I received the replacement yarn about 2 weeks later - wrong colour. And to this day, I still have not received a response about the return shipping or getting the correct colour sent out, so I've given up and bought locally. These people are a joke when it comes to responsible and responsive business, and feel it perfectly acceptable to send out damaged, incorrect goods and then cut off all communications about the subject. Buyer beware.

• Charged my credit card before my order shipped. A month later items were still on back order so I cancelled and they said they would refund my credit card. 2 months later and several emails nothing refunded. Don't even think of ordering from them!

• Do not order from this company! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Told me my order was on backorder and would be shipped "soon". Took my money and never heard back from them again, even after sending multiple emails requesting updated information.
