• Seriously lacking in professionalism. Down payment made (over half of total ) and well over three months later 0% work completed. I took days off work to be at home for delivery and install. Delivery date was delayed multiple times, hence install delayed multiple times. I wish I would have researched a little deeper. I'm really confused about how they stay in business, if this is how they Do Business. Dealing with Mark (designer) was the only positive experience i had with this company.
