• I purchased a car from ELLIS AUTO GROUP , Provo UT at the first of the month, he guaranteed me the transmission was good and the car would last me a while. He also completed safety and emission on the vehicle with one of his guys. Come to find out the transmission was bad and as for the safety there is no way they checked it. The breaks were COMPLETELY GONE lucky i did not crash on the way home had to replace them as soon as i pulled in the drive way. So now I am stuck with a truck that will not drive because the transmission is shot. I have not even had it a month and my loan is for 2 years. I tried to speak with him about getting the problem fixed and he said that it's my problem now. Yes it was financed but since i drove it off the lot he is not responsible. How can people get away with this?
