• This staffing agency was the WORST I have ever worked with. They scheduled me for an interview at 1pm and when I was there at 12:30 they told me to leave and come back at 1pm. At 1pm the door was locked and did not open until 1:10. There was a line of about 6 people waiting to get into the building at 1pm. They didn't even get around to calling my name until 1:30. Then they asked me to provied two id's before they even interviewed me. I told them I was not told to bring two id's and I live an hour away. They said I could reschedule for another day. I am under the impression that it is unprofessional and discriminatory to even ask for two id's before an offer is even made. When I told them I would not be back they got very rude and became extremely unprofessional. Their hours are posted as 8-5 but they will only accept applications during a very small window. Every other temp agency I have worked with in the past both as a client and a temp accept applications all day. If you are a client thinking of using Crown, I would be very careful. There are many more professional options out there. If you are an employee, be prepared to be mistreated and lied to. When I asked for the name of a regional manager to complain to, they would not give me a name. I called and left a message with their HR department at their corporate office and have yet to hear from them. I have never even heard of such unprofessional service. If zero stars was an option, I would select that.
