• I just moved here and opened an account at this branch. It has been a nightmare! Nearly 3 weeks later, I still do not have full access to my account. I was told 3-5 business days by the manager who assisted me The manager made 2 mistakes, getting my name and address wrong. He promised the mistakes were corrected, but they were not. So of course I didn't get my debit card or PIN. The card was finally replaced after 2 weeks, but to this day it is unusable because I still have no PIN!!!!!!! The customer service attitude and attention to detail at this branch is horrible. Closing my account tomorrow in search of a bank that at least pretends to give a damn!
