• Centric is a horrible bank I started a account with them 2 months ago. I opted out of the overdraft protection. That way if I didn't have the funds to pay for something it would decline. But I still got over drafted and they charged me 32 dollars for overdraft fee and 5 dollars a day until the account was paid off. Well I didn't use the card for a while and I tried to cash a check and they told me my account was 63 dollars in the negative. I told them I had signed the opt out form and they said they would refund all charges and fees. Well 2 weeks go buy and I check my account balance and it is 125 dollars in the negative. So I go in and tell them I'm going to drop the account and I'm going to report them to the better business bureau. Well they tell me that it was my fault and that I need to keep an eye on my account to make sure I have sufficient funds. I told them I do and I showed them my check book and hand receipts. So then they tell me that I will get a refund and that they can only refund 63 dollars and that I have to pay the remaining balance. Well needless to say well needless to say I gave them a big F U and canceled the account. There are also alot of issues with there cards to they report them stolen alot even if you didn't report it stolen. Also your card gets declined alot even if you have money in your account. Over all centric is just a horrible bank and I think that they should just close their doors and leave town they suck horrible.
