• We were introduced to Carek's years ago and every time we head over the pass for camping it a must stop for Jerkeys out of this world and a few amazing steaks. Can't wait for next time

• The best "old world" flavors original and the best meats in the world. Nobody can compete with the owner's skill. She is a Queen and has 3 generations of family behind her for experience, in a business that is now over 100 years old, only getting better and better beyond the best.! The owner's smile and wonderful nature, skill, is a refreshing treat. My family and I have been buying from the family for over 30+ years, hope to eat their wonderful meats
