• After going to 19 dealerships and having no luck, I decided to give this family owned dealership a try. I test drove the car and talked with Arron and decided to wait til the next day to make a decision. Never once did he push me to buy this car on the spot, unlike the countless other sales men. He didn't have any "tricks" up his sleeve and try the normal "Sales Ta-tics" to try and scare me, that the car would be gone by the next morning. He simply told me that sleeping on it was a good idea and that if I felt good about the car, he would be more than happy to write up the paperwork in the morning. The next day I was back and he informed me that he could get me an even better deal on my loan than my current bank had offered. At 3.74 for a six year, I thought I was doing great, to find out that he himself, had called the bank and had found a way to get me a 2.99 for a six year loan. Needless to say, I was thrilled. I signed the paperwork and as I was leaving the lot, noticed that the back tire was making a small clicking sound. Thinking nothing of it, I took it to a Toyota dealer and found out two parts needed to be replaced. The two parts and labor would cost 700.00 to get done. In a panic, I called Arron and with no questions asked, he simply said, "If you can get the car back to the dealership, I will let you borrow one of our other cars and we will get the work done. Dont worry, I will take care of this." I drove my car back down and true to his word, he gave me a car to drive while I waited for mine to be worked on. I drove this "Loaner" car home and he called after a couple days. (It was Friday when I dropped it off and I had heard back by Tuesday.) He informed me that the part was proving to be tricky to find, that he had ordered the wrong one by mistake and now had just ordered the right one. It would be a couple days more and that he was terribly sorry to cause trouble. I didn't think much of it and told him that we would touch base a couple days later. When I talked to him next, he told me that his mechanic had found that another part also needed to be fixed, a part that by its self would cost another 1,000.00. In his words, "Well, its unfortunate, because it costs 1,000.00, but I told you I would take care of this and so I have already ordered the part and should have your car done this weekend." Now, this is the part that I want to point out... He had already dumped 700.00 into my car and now was going to put another 1,000.00 into it. When he really didnt have to. In fact, he didn't even have to tell me that this other part was broken, he could have kept his mouth shut and saved himself time and money. But he didn't, he told me everything and was still willing to take care of it, even when it was more than he had bargained for. This shows the true colors of this dealership, when they are willing to go above and beyond. Not just BEFORE you sign the paperwork, when its still in their best interest, but long after you have signed and bought the car. When it is no longer their problem and they are still willing to go that extra mile, that's when you know you have found a great dealership. I have gone to so many other dealers that were very willing to help you BEFORE you sign and not even before that ink dries, their whole personality changes. With Arron, its not the case. He helps you find a great car, doesnt push the sale and when you decide to buy, he works with you. And on the off chance that their is something wrong with the car, he steps up and takes care of it. Now, while I could have just written about how great the dealership is and not gone into detail about why I think so, it would have looked as though they had written this themselves. I really wanted to show that I am a REAL person, with a REAL story and a story that had I gone anywhere else, would not have ended so nice. These guys are great. Period. They stick to what they say, even when its not in their best interest. You dont have to beg and fight them to stick to their word. An really, when you are buying a car, what more do you want, then someone who is going to be completely honest with you? So, while they may be a smaller dealership, don't let their size fool you. If you want honest people, who wont push you around and you want a great car, you wont find ANYWHERE better.
