• I am very dissapointed with the service I received at Capital City Hyundai. I called on Monday April 9th and made an appointment to have my 2011 Hyundai Genesis oil changed for Saturday the 14th at 1:15pm. However, when I walked into the service office on Saturday at 1:15 I was told they were too busy to honor my appointment and that I had to reschedule. I live 45 minutes away and was extremely agitated by this. I expressed my concerns with the service advisor, Chip Rommel, and he only rescheduled me to the following week.
