• Don't rent from Budget unless you read and understand the fine print. The reservation only serves to guarantee the price, not that the actual truck will be available on the date you reserved. Called me 4 hours before I'm scheduled to pick up a 20' truck to move an entire house saying they had nothing for me!!! To top it all off they charged my credit card $50.00 for no-show fee!! Had to wait on hold for 90 minutes to resolve the erroneous charge. Buyer beware and rent at your own risk. Went to U-Haul and had no problems.
