• I had scheduled a 3 day hunt for December 16-18 with James Rae the owner of Affordable Outfitters. I spoke with him on several occasions before and after booking this hunt. Seven days prior to the hunt I was assured that the trail cams on the stands he had delegated for me to hunt showed several deer and the bucks were chasing the does at these stands. I was told that the guide would be continually checking the stands up to the day of the hunt to ensure that the hunt would be successful. I was instructed that upon arrival the guide, Aaron, would have the cam pics to assure me of the great hunt in store. Upon arrival I spoke with the guide who was not aware of the promises. He produced a few game cam pics that were not dated and were not from the stands that were to be assigned to me. I was assured that James Rae had picked these stands for me. I was asked to complete the contract by paying for the hunt in full. I spent the next three days and saw only 1 deer. When I questioned again what about this bait and switch of what is promised the guide spoke to James Rae and he said that he assured me I would see the deer that he stated were seen on the cams. At the locations we checked the areas and no deer had been to any of the stands in at least 5-7 days per the tracks. He has falsified the info given to me, he has falsified the web site information about new management and failed to keep up what he promised on the hunt.
