• I called twice for pricing and made a reservation on the second call -- the price wasn't honored and there was no reservation. They added extra parts that had extra charges and a surprise damage wavier charge. When I very politely complained, the owner's response was, "That's how we do business, and that's all we are going to do for you and hung up." I've rented from these guys a few times, with many years in between, because of convenience -- never a good experience. I'm always amazed they are still in business. I usually "hold my nose," expecting it to be another unpleasant experience when I rent from these jerks -- they've never failed to live down, to their rotten reputation.
