• After waiting in line and a bunch of extra charges added. They brought us our car and it was filthy! There was what looked like a dried up puddle of puke in the passenger's side. It was nasty!! When we refused that one, we had to wait in line all over again. Not at all worth it. Will not return. It's not even at the airport.

• This place is terrible. I'm waiting with about 5 couples and families and none of our cars are ready! They told us to wait outside and now we have been moved inside again. I should have read all the complaints online before trying to rent! I can see why the prices are so cheap!

• Do you have a greasy uncle? If so, you know that feeling you get when he enters the room? That's the feeling I got when I entered this place. It just seems sleezy. First off, it took over 30 minutes to get the car once I arrived, there was no waiting in line when I arrived either. When I went to return the car it took about 35-40 minutes. Thank god I got here 3 hours prior to my departure, otherwise I would have been screwed. I have never had to wait so long to return a car. It was very inefficient. These guys are off site and they will advertise very low prices, but if you get their "insurance" it will be more than the cost of the actual rental. Seems odd. Do yourself a favor and stick with the rental car companies at the airport. I rented from Dollar last time and had absolutely no issues. They were great. I will never rent from Fox again. I don't care if they charge less. You pay what you get for. My time is priceless.

• Sorry,but I can not agree with the last comment. This company was exceptional to work with and saved me over one hundred dollars from the big guys. The team they have working at Tampa is exec net and got us koto and from the airport in short order. I use rental cars 5 times a year as I have property in New Port Richey and I was a little skeptical Bout using this company,but have me fear,they do what they say and the price is what. They say it is.

• According to their Facebook page and doing a quick google search, I appear to be in the majority when it comes to having a very negative experience with Fox Rent A Car. For me, not worth saving a few dollars which was all I really saved after all of their fee's they add on to the final bill.
