• I hired Action sign to replace a roof sign facing, based on their knowing the mount specs from already installing it 6 months earlier. Instead of replacing the plastic facing, they changed it to a non-illuminous metal. Then immediately tried to sell me on yet another sign that would light up (even though it would've been lit had they replaced it properly to begin with. Then they tried to sell me back the old facing with my logo on it (which was never offered as an option to begin with), but refused to give me a price. Then they refused to return it altogether, and threatened to destroy it if I continued to complain. Very happy to sell a project multiple times; very arrogant and condenscending and spiteful towards someone not happy with inferior results.
